TRIPLE HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!
2011 (MMXI); the 11th year of the 3rd millennium, designated by the United Nations as the International Year of Forests and International Year of Chemistry. We will very much welcome 'The Year of the Rabbit' which is expected to be a placid year, after the ferocious year of the Tiger. We recommend a period of getting some rest amongst greener pastures after all the battles of the previous year.

Epicor ERP User - Red Bull Finishes in Fine Form
 COGITA joins the rest of the world in congratulating Sebastian Vettel and Epicor 9 ERP user, Red Bull Racing Team for finishing No. 1 in the Final Formula 1 for 2010.
Sebastian Vettel became the youngest ever Formula 1 racing world champion when he won the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix in November 2010.

With only 100 of these printers in the world, the New EFI VUTEK(r) gs3200 UV hybrid 3.2 meter UV printer revolutionises super wide format printing delivering photorealistic image quality and super wide productivity for Hi-Vis customers.
COGITA and Hi-Vis Signs and Safety have been working together for the past five years. Hi-Vis Signs and Safety went live with Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in 2009.

COGITA Clients Keep Growing

Ludowici 's recent acquisition means continued strong growth...
Ludowici (one of COGITA's biggest Epicor ERP clients) recently acquired in full, the business of Rojan Advanced Ceramics, a Western Australian based company with annual revenues of A$9.3million and a workforce of around 35.
Rojan, established in 1991, is a fully integrated manufacturer and supplier of innovative solutions for wear, thermal and corrosion problems to the mineral processing and industrial markets. It is arguably the most technologically advanced ceramics company in the Southern Hemisphere.
Ludowici Managing Director, Patrick Largier, has indicated that the major focus for the Rojan business over the next year will be to utilise Ludowici's global footprint to expand the Rojan business into promising offshore markets.
Integration of the Rojan business into the Ludowici group will involve implementing the Epicor ERP system. This will be added in as a sub-project into the overall Ludowici global rollout plan for Epicor ERP.
Great Western adds another string to its bow...
 Great Western Corporation Pty Ltd, the parent company of Great Western Manufacturing (a COGITA client currently upgrading to Epicor ERP 9.05), has recently announced the acquisition of an icon Australian agricultural business.
Agpoint Australia is located in Freeling SA and situated in the heart of the prime croplands of the northern plains approximately 60km north of Adelaide. It has a long and proud agricultural manufacturing history in Australia stretching back over 140 years and supplies goods to the Australian and export markets in South Africa, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia and The Philippines.
Their factory is a light to medium forge specialising in the manufacture of agricultural wear parts, specifically, hot formed and forged attachments for cultivating and seeding machines such as traditional tillage tools, heavy duty knife points and forged tynes.

Is part code and part description not enough to visualise what the part actually is? How about adding an image to your part master, your part tracker, or your quote/sales order/purchase order entry line?
You might even want to have a picture of your customer contact in the customer contact screen or a picture of a fixed asset in the fixed asset screen.
