NOT EVERYONE IS SUITED TO ACHIEVING MORE WITH LESS
If business is a micro, and macro, economic activity which transforms valuable input resources into more valuable outputs then it is apparent that business is a search for leverage.
Leverage means "do more with less".
New Zealand was in a recession from mid 2008 to the end of 2009. During the same period, the Australian Government pumped billions into its state and federal economies to pay for large projects and keep Australians employed. Consequently Australia suffered a single quarter of GDP decline and escaped a recession although Australian Reserve Bank Governor, Glenn Stevens, in April 2009, admitted that Australia has gone into recession (last quarter 2008 + first quarter 2009).
COGITA dealt with the NZ recession by selling more ERP systems and services in the 2007 - 2010 calendar years. In 2011 the Euro crisis developed and was unresolved as at January 2012.
In 2010 and early 2011 return to consistent economic growth was lumpy. China powered on. But the economies of U.S. UK, European Community, Ireland, Japan, Russia and parts African are still suffering.
As always, profitable sales is the key to survival and success. Sales is the greatest leverage. Therefore in Australia and New Zealand for 2012 COGITA seeks sales executives, pre-sales consultants, project managers, ERP systems consultants for applications support and implementations, sales coordinators and marketing coordinators.
FIRST AND 'FOUR' MOST
COGITA's leaders evaluate every job applicant against four initial criteria.
- applied intellect
- character
- communication
- problem solving in the job applicant's designated discipline. e.g. marketing, finance, network support, helpdesk services.
COGITA's recruitment process, induction program, and when appropriate, COGITA's professional internship program, are designed to give COGITA a close-up view and effective assessment of job candidates.
